Ok I have a specific idea - I would like to interview a female employee of a Western European automotive factory. All the other particulars - the age of the employee, whatever her race may be, who her exact employer is, what country she’s from and what country she’s employed in right now, what position she has on the factory floor/in the company - don’t particularly matter. I’ve been reading and watching documentaries about the automobile factory production process both in classic Detroit (or Kentucky, or Alabama, or what have you) vs. what’s being done in Europe and I think I’m starting to reach some conclusions that I’d like confirmation of. I’d really like to ask what she feels about the current state of automotive manufacturing, what she thinks the future is, and if she thinks as a woman if her experience would be different if she were employed in the United States as opposed to Western Europe.
Or, hell, if you want to do the interview yourself go ahead. I’d only end up posting it on Oppo so it’s not like I have monetary gain at stake.

So it’s done, then? I was still holding out some hope. I just learned a few weeks ago that Bessemer is the US HQ of Steyr Arms. Really more of a small final assembly plant, but still.

His Economic Advisor was talking about building some plant infrastructure and Bentley was like "BRB, laying some pipe."
